Spiced Peach Protein Muffins

  • 1 cup of ground almonds
  • ¾ cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup Neat Nutrition Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup almond milk (or any milk)
  • 1 large peach, pitted and chopped
  • Handful of raspberries
  • 2-3 madjool dates (or natural sweetener of your choice)

To make- blitz the dates in the food processor first and then simply stir in the other ingredients and bake in a medium oven in muffin cases for about 30-40 minutes.
