In fact here's a recipe that's even quicker and easier than making traditional pancakes and won't leave you feeling bloated or like you've over indulged!
2 ripe bananas
1 tsp baking powder.
Mash the bananas and whisk all ingredients together. Fry in a little oil in small batches like American pancakes and stack. Top with Greek yoghurt, blueberries and walnuts.
