Cancelled by PPUK

Full refunds will be offered if a class is cancelled by us.

Cancellation Policy

Power Pilates UK offers small, boutique-sized classes, which can fill quickly preventing
others from being able to book into the class. Consequently, a 24-hour cancellation
policy provides a fair opportunity for all clients to attend at a time suitable to them.

To prevent loss of class credit, a group class booking must be canceled at least 24
hours before class start time.

If the class is cancelled less than 24 hours before class start time, class credit
will be forfeited. This is for ANY cancellation reason including, but not limited to, sickness, COVID -19, injury, traffic, accidental bookings, multiple bookings
or transportation issues.

Power Pilates UK private sessions are provided at the availability of our trainers. Given
our trainers have set aside their time to provide private sessions pre-post group class
blocks, any changes to private appointments require a fair notice period of 24 hours for
the trainer and Power Pilates UK via email or phone. If there is less than a 24 hour
notice the client will be charged a fee of £45.

Change of Trainer

We reserve the right to change trainers at any given time without notifying the client. It will be reflected on the schedule as soon as possible.

Waitlist Procedure

Clients can add themselves to a waitlist for a full class. If someone cancels before the 24 hours you will be automatically added to the class and notified via email. If there is a late cancellation less than 24 hours before a class, then you will not be added automatically. Clients will then only be able to manually add if that space is available. Please do not add yourself to multiple waitlists. If you are added to the class from the waitlist and do not cancel within the cancellation period, you will be responsible for payment of each class you are added too.

Equipment

Socks: It is compulsory to wear grip socks in our classes. If you do not purchase your

Mats: We provide mats for beginners only. Once you have completed 5 classes we
require you to provide your own reformer mat or purchase one from our studio for £45.

Payment: For health safety and security reasons we do not accept cash at our studio. Please make sure you have an updated credit or debit card on your account to make any in studio purchases.
